Dinner Meeting No-Show Statement

In regards to registering to attend the monthly dinner meetings, sign-up only if you truly intend to attend.
As seating is limited at most venues, there is often times a waiting list for those desiring to attend. By keeping yourself on the list, but not attending, this prevents others from signing up who would like to join. This results in an unused seat that frequently our vendor must still pay for.
Out of the necessity to be fair, the Board members have approved the registration blockage of anyone who attempts to register for a future meeting if they have been a no-show for two consecutive events. Thank you for assisting us in being efficient and respectful of our membership and sponsors' resources.
